Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Williams is an accomplished entrepreneur, real estate developer and construction project executive with over 29 years of management in both the public and private construction and development sectors. As a Civil Engineer and Project Executive, he brings a wealth of management experience in the acquisition of distressed real estate, repositioning of properties, and real estate development and redevelopment on the east coast and midwest.
Grady Williams
Principal
Mr. Williams is a highly respected financial and regulatory compliance leader with over 25 years of experience in the public accounting (KPMG) and financial services arena (banking, mortgage companies, title insurance, commodity futures and capital markets), coupled with a broad range of real estate transactional knowledge, as well as substantial exposure to regulatory requirements. Mr. Williams is also an accomplished residential redeveloper in the Central Ohio market area.
Brian Gormley
Director of Legal Operations
Brian Gormley has a dynamic transactional practice with tremendous experience representing clients at all parts of the continuum. Having worked with large institutions in the structured finance and capital markets world, developers, nonprofits and lenders in the multifamily housing market, and individual distressed homeowners and estates, he is familiar with all levels of clients and their associated needs, having closed transactions totalling literally billion of dollars. A title attorney and real estate broker, he has an active probate and estate planning practice.
Linda Williams
Director of Information Systems
Ms. Williams is a seasoned IT and Management Executive with 20+ years of Portfolio Management and Operational Leadership expertise. Experienced in the private, commercial and federal realms, Ms. Williams has led teams of up to 35 for consistent on-time, on-budget, successful project/program deliveries; and is also a licensed Realtor in the greater DC area. With a proven track record of direct oversight of multi-million dollar budgets and contracts, and interfacing directly with Federal CIOs, CTOs, and COS, Ms. Williams continues to implement solutions that exceed client needs.
